Privacy notice
This notice explains how information from the AI Data Risk Check is collected and used.
Information we collect
If you complete the AI Data Risk Check, we collect your name, work email, firm name, role, and optional phone number. We also collect your selected answers, team-size range, calculated score and band, consent record, submission time, and any campaign source information in the page URL (UTM source, medium, and campaign).
How we use it
We use this information to calculate and prepare your requested report, send it to you, and follow up about the risk check or private AI services in line with the consent you provide. The score is general guidance, not legal advice.
Where it is processed
The campaign form is operated on the site backend and database. Resend is used to deliver your report and notify our team. These providers process information needed to host, store, or send the submission. We do not make a claim here about the processing location of those providers.
Retention
We retain risk-check submissions for up to 12 months after submission, then remove them from the application database. Email copies may remain in recipient mailboxes according to their own retention settings.
Your choices and requests
You can opt out of follow-up at any time. You can also contact us to ask about access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of consent. A withdrawal does not affect processing that took place before the request.
Please do not include client records
The check only asks for high-level choices. Do not submit client names, NRIC numbers, financial records, engagement letters, or other client documents through this form.
